Deepanshi Gulati

Hello, my name is Deepanshi Gulati. I'm a Person-Centred Psychotherapist completing my MSc at the Metanoia Institute. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Therapeutic Arts from The Institute of Art Therapies in Education.

I am a student member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), upholding their standards in my interactions with clients. I work online and in-person at HQ Therapy.

I aim to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can freely express your hardships and empower yourself to reclaim agency over your life.

Being person-centred, I am committed to understanding and accepting your frame of reference and respecting your process.

Though it might be hard to believe when you're at your lowest, I trust all the answers you're looking for are already within you. But sometimes, they can be challenging to find alone, especially when you feel overwhelmed or lost.

I'm here to walk with you at your pace as you learn more about yourself and your environment. Our therapeutic relationship will facilitate the self-acceptance and change you may be looking for.

My journey as a psychotherapist is complemented by my extensive experience in supporting individuals with severe stress or mental health challenges through my previous work at Mind and my own mental health non-profit. I am an ambassador and on the boards of several mental health charities. These roles reflect my profound dedication to the field.

My personal and professional experiences have also unwaveringly shown me how transformative a safe space can be for an individual, where they can be heard, understood, and accepted.

I usually work on an open-ended basis, so there's no limit to sessions (unless we decide together otherwise). Still, we will regularly check in and adapt to make sure you're receiving what you need from therapy.

I can offer sessions in English, Hindi and Urdu.
