About Anna

Welcome.

Hello, I’m Anna — a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Therapist, working both in person and online.

You might be seeking therapy mid-crisis, or perhaps it’s something quieter: a pattern in your relationships that keeps resurfacing, a sense of feeling stuck, or a decision you can’t quite make.

Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a warm, confidential space, free of judgement, where you can explore the challenges you are facing and feel genuinely supported and heard.

I offer short- to long-term therapy, and I work with clients on issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties, attachment patterns, trauma, loss and grief, addiction (including addiction within families), compulsive behaviours, burnout, work stress, identity, sexuality, fertility, loneliness, anger, and the critical inner voice.

I also have a particular interest in chronic pain and fatigue, and I work with clients who want to explore the connection between mind and body in how these conditions are experienced and managed.

My approach is relational and integrative, meaning I draw on a range of techniques (psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, attachment-based, somatic) depending on your needs. I’m committed to meeting each client as an individual and working with them toward their own challenges and goals. To understand our present, it often helps to revisit the past: the habits, beliefs and narratives we carry about who we are and what we deserve are often formed in childhood, and part of our work together may involve tracing present-day struggles back to where they began, so the patterns that no longer serve you can be examined, rather than simply repeated.

I believe everyone arrives in therapy with the capacity for change, and that real change tends to follow self-understanding. Therapy is a space to get to know yourself better, and to feel empowered to make the changes you want to see in your life.

Therapy should be inclusive, and my practice is anti-oppressive, sex-positive and trauma-informed.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD London, a BA from UCL, and a CertHE in the Foundations of Modern Psychology from Birkbeck.

As a Registered Member of the BACP, I practise within its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and maintain regular clinical supervision alongside ongoing professional development.

My fees are £85 per session. Sessions take place weekly and run for 50 minutes.

Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, so I offer a complimentary 15-minute Zoom call to hear more about what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we might be a good fit.

I work Tuesday to Friday; please email me below for full availability.
