Jessie Breen:
Trainee Integrative Therapist (BACP student member)
Hello, my name is Jessie Breen. I am a trainee Integrative Therapist working in the low-cost therapy and counselling service at HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston and Dalston, Hackney, London E8.
I am dedicated to holistic healing and personal growth; I bring a dynamic and comprehensive approach to mental health. With a foundation in both counselling and coaching, I’ve honed my skills in diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic and mindfulness-based modalities.
Life isn’t always straightforward, and there are moments when we require support to navigate its complexities.
Therapy provides a secure and confidential space where you can navigate through the challenges and difficulties that arise, offering a supportive environment to explore, understand, and address the various aspects of your life.
I believe in the uniqueness of each person, rejecting a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. In my practice, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore thoughts and feelings, identify limiting patterns, and develop coping strategies.
Emphasising the mind-body connection, I integrate holistic practices like mindfulness and stay updated on the latest research, ensuring clients receive evidence-based interventions.
Empathy, compassion, and collaboration define my therapeutic style. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, working with clients to create positive and lasting change.
Whether facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, or relationship problems, or you are seeking growth and want to explore thoughts and feelings, I can help you on a path towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Together, we can unlock potential and promote greater well-being.
I am currently studying MSc Integrative Counselling and Coaching at the University of East London.
I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions, which provides the values and principles that inform my counselling practice.
