My name is Izabela Konwińska and I am a qualified hypnotherapist and regression therapist based at HQ Therapy Rooms in in Haggerston, Hackney, E8.

The methods I use utilise light hypnotic trance, which is quite simply a state of deep relaxation, similar to that which is achieved in meditation.

This state allows us to dive into our subconscious and address issues on a deeper level. The astounding efficacy of the methods means that both hypnotherapy and regression therapy are short-term modalities, allowing you to experience the shift quickly.

It is often the case that you notice the first results after just one session and 3-5 sessions are usually sufficient to resolve the issue.

Classic hypnotherapy can help break unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.

Regression therapy can help you address the root cause of any emotional issue on the deepest possible level. It is one of the most effective techniques for shadow integration and healing.

In regression, I work in accordance with the international standards devised by The Earth Association for Regression Therapy (EARTh).

Initial Consultation (50min) – £50

  • During an initial consultation, we will discuss what it is that you would like to work on. We will establish so-called “measurable symptoms”: the main emotion linked to the issue, its frequency, intensity and duration. This will be our starting point and will enable you to monitor the progress.

Hypnotherapy (50 min) – £70

  • During a session, you will be lying with your eyes closed, relaxing and listening to my voice. At times, there might be a very simple interaction, e.g., I might ask you to nod your head when you have finished visualising something or ask you a simple question.
  • You remain conscious and in control of the process throughout.

Regression therapy (110 min) – £140

  • During a regression session you will be lying with your eyes closed, focusing on your inner experience. I will be asking you simple questions, thus facilitating for you the process of following your subconscious back to the root cause of the issue. The main thing is to allow yourself this experience, without censoring or judging it.
  • It might be the case that the source of the issue turns out to be a specific event in childhood or a more abstract, symbolic image or story.
  • Whatever comes up, we work with it. In the second part of the session, called “transformation”, we will work on the difficult aspects of your memories/associations with the help of active imagination.
  • You remain conscious and in control of the process throughout.
