Diane Vincent:
Trainee Integrative Therapist (BACP Student Member)
My name is Diane Vincent, I am a trainee Humanistic Integrative Counsellor working in the low-cost therapy and counselling service at HQ Therapy Rooms in Dalston, Hackney, London E8.
I am currently a student member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working towards an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at CPPD Counselling School.
As an integrative practitioner, I draw upon different psychological schools of thought and I am able to use techniques from diverse therapeutic approaches to suit your needs. I currently have the most experience practising Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches. I also have an interest in Existential therapy and Psychedelic Integration.
In my practice, I strive to establish a secure, non-judgmental space where empathy and compassion are paramount to addressing your concerns.
I encourage authenticity and aim for you to feel supported and understood throughout our sessions. In our initial meetings, we will explore aspects of your life you wish to delve into. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is really important and helps with productivity whilst supporting your growth and well-being.
I have experience working with individuals from a range of ethnicities, religions, genders, and sexual orientations, addressing a wide array of topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, sexuality, relationship challenges, trauma, low self-esteem, gender identity, and loss.
My counselling sessions last 50 minutes, and currently, I am available for face-to-face counselling.
If you are interested in working together, feel free to reach out for a 15-minute consultation session. I look forward to meeting you.
