Diane Vincent:
Integrative Psychotherapist (MBACP)
My name is Diane Vincent, and I am a fully qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor based at HQ Therapy Rooms in Hackney. I also offer online sessions, providing flexible access to therapy wherever you are.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School.
As an integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of psychological approaches to tailor my work to each individual’s unique needs. My core experience is rooted in Humanistic and Psychodynamic therapies, but I also have a deep interest in Existential and Transpersonal therapies, as well as Psychedelic Integration work.
This broad foundation allows me to meet you where you are and adapt our work as your needs evolve.
In our sessions, I strive to create a secure, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I believe that genuine human connection is central to the healing process. With empathy and compassion, I aim to foster an open space where you feel truly heard and seen.
In our initial meetings, we will begin by exploring the areas of your life you’d like to focus on, and from there, work collaboratively toward insight, growth, and healing.
I’ve worked with clients from a wide range of cultural, ethnic, and personal backgrounds, supporting people through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, sexuality, gender identity, and bereavement.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and I currently offer both in-person and online therapy.
If you’re considering starting therapy and feel I might be a good fit, please feel free to get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute consultation.
